More information
It’s the great eat
Walk the ‘Streets of London’ trying new flavours from all over the capital from artisan vendors and big brands in the world of street food. Try endless samples from each stall and pick up your favourite for lunch, and with options from Indian to Greek, or Italian to Chinese, there’s something for everyone's tastes.
There’s artisan street food and market produce
A huge range of street food vendors and small market businesses across the country will have their latest and best produce ripe and ready for you to try. Find that one flavour you’ve been craving and jump in stomach first.
You can learn from the best
Andy Oakey (The Sustainable Chef), Martin Dawkins (The Rustic Chef) and Metro wine columnist Rob Buckhaven will be providing talks, demos, and Q&As throughout the festival alongside many other experts. Learn some quick and easy dinner recipes or nail down that one special dish you’ve been hankering for.
Did we mention the workshops?
Try your hand at a cocktail making workshop or enjoy a relaxed wine tasting session with an expert. There are also crafting workshops available for a little break from all the food. Have a go at learning how to upcycle old household items into something usable again and how to DIY your way to a more sustainable home.
The foodie technology and kitchen designs are whizz bang brilliant
Take a gander at the latest kitchen design trends and technology, aimed at making your cooking and eating spaces do more for you. Pick up a new cooking gadget or plan your kitchen refit with advice from suppliers and designers.
Cake competition – yes please!
Think you could have a go at creating your very own Bake-Off Showstopper? Or maybe you’re just wanting to get some inspiration for your next set of cupcakes? No matter your baking experience, this is all about looks with each entrant on display for the festival.
Go bottoms up at the Champagne Bar
Finish off (or maybe even start!) your day with a glass of bubbly at the Champagne Bar and chow down on a delicious meal, or maybe have a nibble of one of your latest purchases if you can’t wait until you get home.
